Job Description
Saicon Consultants Inc. is hiring a Mid-Level IT Recruiter for its Pune office. This is a 100% onsite role with day shift timing from 09:00 AM IST to 06:00 PM IST. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology-related positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking and internal databases, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs and conducting market mapping and talent research for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.
The role requires reviewing resumes and evaluating candidates against job requirements, conducting initial HR and technical screening calls, assessing candidate skills, experience, communication abilities and cultural fit and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. The selected candidate will also facilitate salary negotiations and offer discussions, coordinate offer rollouts and pre-employment documentation and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate transition.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submissions, interviews, offers and joins and ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of IT technologies, software development roles, infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data engineering and emerging technologies. Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Architects is required. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice and other recruitment platforms is expected. Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience recruiting for domestic and international clients, exposure to contract, permanent and contract-to-hire staffing models, knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics and experience working in staffing agencies or IT consulting environments.
Performance will be measured through qualified submissions, interview-to-offer ratio, offer acceptance rate, time-to-fill positions, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction and joiner conversion rate.
