Kaash Tech is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join its growing recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the hiring process efficiently. Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end domestic IT recruitment, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms, screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews, understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, following up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of IT professionals, and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines. Candidates should have experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, a strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles, hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and Monster, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sourcing and screening abilities, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
