Kiya.ai is hiring an Associate Executive – Payroll Operations for its Airoli, Navi Mumbai location. The company is looking for a detail-oriented payroll professional with experience in payroll processes, statutory compliance and HR operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining payroll MIS reports, dashboards and data trackers, supporting payroll operations, documentation and audit requirements, ensuring accuracy in payroll records, employee data and statutory filings, tracking compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC and PT across multiple states, maintaining HR and payroll documentation, records and audit trails, handling employee data management, onboarding coordination and HR operations, coordinating with internal teams for payroll inputs and employee queries, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and compliance requests, supporting process improvement and standardization initiatives, and following up on KYC updates, UAN activation, PF compliance and regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of payroll operations and statutory compliance, proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting, attention to detail, analytical thinking, documentation skills, confidentiality management, communication skills, coordination abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
