Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll and coordinating salary disbursement, managing employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation, handling employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits, supporting recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, organizing employee engagement initiatives, and supporting performance management activities. Administrative responsibilities include managing office administration and facility operations, handling travel desk activities such as domestic and international travel bookings, hotel reservations, visa coordination, and itinerary planning, managing office inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and asset tracking, coordinating housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility management services, overseeing visitor management, meeting room arrangements, and hospitality services, and maintaining relationships with external vendors and service providers. The role also involves acting as a liaison between employees and management, supporting employee welfare programs, workplace culture initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Candidates should have strong experience in payroll processing, employee administration, travel desk management, office administration, labor laws, statutory compliance, HRMS systems, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
