Description: NetTech India is hiring an HR Recruiter Intern for its Ghatkopar East, Mumbai location. This 3-month internship offers practical exposure to recruitment and hiring operations for both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced technology environment. Responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, job portals, social media, and referrals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, managing candidate follow-ups, coordinating onboarding processes, managing job postings, maintaining recruitment documentation and reports, and working closely with management on hiring requirements. This role is focused primarily on recruitment and talent acquisition activities, while payroll, compliance, employee relations, and policy management are handled separately. Interns will gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment, hiring coordination, recruitment operations, and talent acquisition processes.
