Sun Pharma is hiring a Talent Acquisition – Field HR professional for its Mumbai office. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities, talent management support, campus hiring initiatives, employee engagement programs, and onboarding processes across multiple business locations. Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding; partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles; developing sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, vendors, and networking channels; conducting competency-based interviews and assessment processes; maintaining recruitment metrics including turnaround time, quality of hire, source mix, and talent pipelines; supporting talent management and competency assessment initiatives; planning and executing campus hiring programs across B.Pharm, B.Sc., MBA, Diploma, and other institutes; building relationships with colleges, placement officers, and training departments; coordinating campus drives, assessments, pre-placement talks, and career fairs; managing internship and trainee programs; supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication channels; and completing joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs while promoting Sun Pharma’s employee benefits and culture. The role requires extensive collaboration with business stakeholders and includes significant travel across locations.
