Key responsibilities include providing 24x5 training administration support to global customers, resolving training-related queries through email, chat, and support channels, assisting customers with scheduling and training administration issues, documenting and analyzing cases, generating support tickets, preparing daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Excel, maintaining training records, performing training management activities through Learning Management Systems (LMS), and ensuring smooth execution of training operations.
