LOYKA Dessert is hiring an HR Associate for Navi Mumbai location. LOYKA is a premium dessert brand focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences while expanding into a multi-outlet and franchise-driven business. This full-time role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations activities in a fast-paced F&B environment. Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment for café staff, backend kitchen, and support roles, managing hiring requirements for existing and future café openings, sourcing candidates through job portals, references, walk-ins, and social media platforms, screening resumes and conducting initial HR screening calls, coordinating interviews with café managers, operations managers, department heads, and senior HR team, maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases, assisting in day-to-day HR operations, coordinating workforce planning and onboarding processes, conducting onboarding and joining formalities, preparing offer letters and onboarding documents, maintaining employee documentation and records, and supporting HR compliance processes. Candidates should possess strong communication, coordination, follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills with familiarity in LinkedIn, Naukri.com, WorkIndia, MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets. Candidates from Hospitality, Hotel Management, Café, Restaurant, or F&B industries are preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
