QIMA is hiring an HR Data Analyst – Payroll & Operations for a 9-month contract role based in New Delhi. QIMA operates in more than 100 countries and provides quality and compliance solutions for consumer products, food, and life sciences industries. The company supports over 30,000 brands, retailers, manufacturers, and growers with quality excellence solutions.
The HR Coordinator – Payroll & HR Operations role will support HR Analytics and HR Operations teams through payroll consolidation, stakeholder coordination, HR reporting, HR systems support, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include collecting payroll files from multiple entities, consolidating payroll reports, maintaining HR trackers, supporting payroll audits, coordinating meetings, tracking project deliverables, and maintaining HR documentation and operational records.
The candidate will also support HR reporting through data validation, analysis, and system maintenance while identifying opportunities for automation and process standardization. The role requires collaboration with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and payroll coordination.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, payroll administration, HR operations, or related roles. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas, pivots, lookups, and data validation are required. Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, or ADP is an advantage. Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau will be a plus.
