Job Description
IndusInd General Insurance (formerly Reliance General Insurance) is hiring an HR Operations / AMS Executive for its Goregaon, Mumbai office. The company is looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations professional with experience in attendance management systems, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle processes, and insurance administration.
The role involves managing ID lock and unlock activities based on attendance and inactive employee data while coordinating closely with HRBPs. Responsibilities include attendance finalization, LOP input management, payroll coordination, ticket resolution, and ensuring timely closure of payroll-related activities before payout cycles. The selected candidate will also handle payroll inputs including mediclaim deductions, advances, and Full & Final settlement data.
Additional responsibilities include administering Mediclaim (GMC), GPA, and Term Insurance processes such as enrollments, additions, deletions, and data validation. The role also requires preparation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports covering attendance, leave balances, ID lock activities, and ticket summaries. The candidate will support employee health initiatives, annual HR activities, leave carry forward processes, fuel logs, and holiday updates.
The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services environments with strong attention to detail, HR operations knowledge, payroll coordination exposure, stakeholder management skills, and good proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
