PhysicsWallah is hiring an HR Trainee for Exit Management based in Noida (Hybrid) for a 6-month duration. The role focuses on supporting the employee offboarding process and ensuring smooth exit operations. Responsibilities include managing resignation tracking and exit documentation, coordinating clearances with IT, Admin, Finance, and other departments, assisting in exit interviews and MIS reporting, and supporting relieving letters, experience letters, and full and final settlement coordination. The role also involves ensuring compliance with HR policies, analyzing exit trends, and providing insights to the HR team. This position is ideal for candidates pursuing or completing a degree in HR or Business Administration with strong communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
