GLG is hiring a Talent Sourcer for its Mumbai office at BKC. The role is responsible for executing sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s culture, values, and hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source and identify high-quality talent through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and talent communities
• Qualify suitable candidate profiles using paper and phone screening techniques
• Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers to determine position requirements
• Build and develop ongoing talent pipelines for future hiring needs and strategic roles
• Measure funnel conversion rates and improve sourcing strategies
• Execute employee referral strategies and recruitment process improvements
• Promote employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases through Applicant Tracking Systems
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities
• Introduce and execute alternative sourcing channels
• Handle ad hoc recruitment responsibilities as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of talent sourcing/acquisition experience
• Experience in fast-paced and high-growth environments preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good business acumen and understanding of recruitment needs
• Understanding of India talent landscape, market trends, and competitor mapping
• Strong drive to succeed in a target-oriented recruitment environment
• Strategic, analytical, and hands-on approach to recruitment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse is a plus
• Prior experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment agencies is an added advantage
