Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing screening interviewing and closure
Handle high volume hiring across Sales Process and Tech functions
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality closures
Work in a fast paced target driven environment
Required Skills
Strong end to end recruitment experience
Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn job portals databases and networking
Ability to meet hiring targets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ownership driven and result oriented mindset
