Job Description
Hiring for Manager – Talent Acquisition role responsible for end-to-end recruitment along with HR operations support. The role involves owning the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring briefs to closing offers, partnering with department heads to define role requirements, and hiring for digital media and creative roles such as Business Development, Artist Managers, Talent Managers, Copywriters, Designers, Video Editors, Strategists, digital marketing, and production roles. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews and feedback, managing offer rollouts, and ensuring smooth onboarding. HR operations responsibilities include onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, probation tracking, and employee lifecycle management. Additional focus on employer branding through social media hiring campaigns, recruitment drives, networking events, and campus engagements.
