VPEL is conducting a walk-in drive for HR Recruiters with 1–3 years of experience. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate sourcing and screening, HR interviews, interview coordination, JD creation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Post job openings on relevant job portals.
Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Create job descriptions (JDs).
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Handle stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
Strong candidate coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage the recruitment process end-to-end.

Job Description

We are currently expanding our team and seeking dynamic talent for the position of US Technical Recruiter to join our offices in Pune or Noida on a fully onsite basis.
Operating during US shifts, you will be responsible for driving technical talent acquisition processes for client positions across North America. Key duties include sourcing qualified IT talent through job portals and professional networks, evaluating technical skills, screening candidate applications, managing candidate engagement, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through placement.
This full-time onsite role offers an attractive package including competitive salary, Provident Fund, 5 Lakh insurance coverage, both-ways cab facility, and performance-based incentives for recruiters with hands-on US recruitment experience.
