CTC: Up to 16 LPA
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Reports To: Head of HR / HR Director
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Administration to lead and scale the administration function across multiple locations. The role will be responsible for facility management, vendor management, travel & logistics, security, compliance, budgeting, cost optimization, and developing scalable administrative processes and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Operations: Manage administration across offices, branches, and facilities; establish scalable SOPs and administrative best practices; ensure smooth infrastructure maintenance.
* Facility & Vendor Management: Lead facility management, housekeeping, and security operations; manage vendor relationships and negotiate multi-location contracts; monitor vendor performance.
* Travel & Logistics: Oversee domestic/international travel, transportation, and accommodation; optimize travel processes for cost efficiency.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure statutory, health, and safety compliance across locations; implement workplace safety, disaster management, and risk-mitigation processes.
* Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop and manage administration budgets; monitor and optimize facility, travel, and procurement costs.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build the administration team; collaborate with HR, Operations, and Projects teams for launching new locations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 8-10 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Operations in a rapidly expanding, multi-location organization.
* Strong leadership, facility management, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and administration management tools.
