Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM, or equivalent degree
Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 PA
About the Role:
Talent Span Consulting is hiring a Manager - Payroll & HR Operations on behalf of a leading organization in South Delhi. The selected candidate will take ownership of full-cycle payroll processing, statutory labor compliance, benefits administration, HRMS management, and overarching operational governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll computation, validation, and disbursement cycles.
- Ensure strict statutory compliance across PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and statutory labor laws.
- Direct employee reimbursement claims, incentive structures, and benefits administration.
- Manage employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Supervise employee documentation and overall HR operational workflows.
- Maintain HRMS/payroll records, drive internal/external HR audits, and generate management MIS reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of core experience in Payroll Management and HR Operations.
- Deep expertise in Indian labor laws, payroll structures, and statutory compliance framework.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and dedicated HRMS / Payroll systems.
- Strong analytical capacity, numerical acumen, and exceptional attention to detail.
- High ethical standards with proven record handling confidential personnel data.
