Wholsum Foods operates within the fast-moving consumer goods, direct-to-consumer packaged foods, and nutrition industry with a rapidly expanding workforce of several hundred employees across corporate and production functions. The Manager – HR Business Partner will act as a strategic and hands-on people partner to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with overall business objectives, organizational structures, and operational numbers. Based on Golf Course Road in Gurugram under a 5-day working model with Wednesday work from home, the manager will take complete ownership of the HR agenda across assigned departments.
Core functional responsibilities include driving strategic workforce planning, evaluating spans, layers, and organizational structures, and supporting manpower design to optimize workforce costs and productivity. In talent acquisition, the role partners with internal recruitment teams to calibrate roles, execute leadership hiring, and benchmark external talent pipelines. The manager will lead performance and talent management initiatives by guiding managers through goal setting, talent reviews, performance improvement cycles, and succession planning. In employee engagement and culture, the position translates employee feedback and sentiment data into high-impact culture programs while reinforcing core organizational values. Additionally, the HRBP handles complex employee relations matters with empathy, coaches people managers on leadership conversations, drives HR automation using AI tools, and uses people analytics across attrition, hiring turnaround time, and workforce costs to guide executive decisions.
