Job Description
Hiking IT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Core HR and HR Operations. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HRMS, compliance, and other HR operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Core HR and HR Operations activities.
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Manage attendance and leave administration.
Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for salary processing.
Assist with manual payroll processing, including attendance, leave, deductions, and salary calculations.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and payroll.
Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Assist in performance appraisal and review processes.
Prepare HR MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Maintain and update employee information in the HRMS.
Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and joining follow-ups whenever required.
Conduct and support exit interviews.
Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee information.
Support HR compliance and implementation of company policies.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Core HR / HR Operations.
Good understanding of employee lifecycle management.
Basic to good knowledge of payroll processing.
Experience with attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Knowledge of manual payroll processing is preferred.
Good proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience working with HRMS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM – HR preferred.
BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate with relevant HR experience may also be considered.
