Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Specialist
Location: Jalahalli, Bangalore
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Work Mode: Work from Office
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance, with the ability to independently manage payroll activities and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Handle salary inputs, attendance, LOP, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and revisions.
- Manage Full & Final Settlements (F&F).
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare statutory challans, returns, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain payroll records, statutory registers, and compliance trackers.
- Prepare payroll MIS and reconciliation reports.
- Resolve employee and client payroll queries promptly.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and clients for payroll inputs and approvals.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll cycles.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
- Proven experience in managing the complete payroll cycle independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple payroll tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in HR consultancy, payroll outsourcing, or client-service environment is preferred.
