Job Description
Hans Infomatic is looking for a proactive and hands-on Mid-Level HR Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The role is focused on building a strong workplace culture, strengthening HR processes, and supporting people and business growth within a fast-growing organization.
The position is suited for an HR professional who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with teams, and developing HR practices that can adapt to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
Build and nurture a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and create a meaningful employee experience.
Manage HR compliance, statutory requirements, and applicable labour laws.
Strengthen HR governance, policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and salary-related coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee relations and grievance management.
Explore AI-driven HR solutions and automation to improve HR efficiency.
Understand people management and operational requirements of the logistics sector.
Adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Contribute to building scalable HR practices.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Passionate about building workplace culture.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and adaptable approach.
Strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work closely with teams and support business growth.
