Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, driving recruitment across diverse functions, leading campus hiring initiatives, and sourcing talent across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering through onboarding.
Understand business hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to fulfil talent needs.
Drive recruitment for diverse functions and organizational levels.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Conduct candidate screening, assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Lead and manage campus recruitment programs across India.
Visit and build relationships with leading engineering and management institutes.
Coordinate pre-placement talks, campus drives, assessments, and selection processes.
Build strong institute partnerships for long-term Talent Acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR stakeholders.
Provide regular hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment status reports.
Ensure a professional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Experience in Corporate HR or Recruitment Consulting environments.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Campus Hiring with travel to campuses across PAN India.
Hands-on experience in EPC recruitment is highly preferred.
Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, Engineering, Infrastructure, Energy, EPC, or Construction companies is preferred.
Exposure to large-scale hiring projects and bulk recruitment drives.
Experience working with leading engineering colleges and management institutes across India.
