Job Description:
SVCL is looking for a driven HR professional to strengthen its HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) and MIS function. The role will focus on HR reporting, analytics, manpower planning, policy and process standardization, data accuracy, and HR governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR MIS and reporting, including headcount, new joiners, exits and attrition, and recruitment analysis.
Develop HR analytics and dashboards covering manpower, hiring, and attrition trends.
Support manpower planning through recruitment pipeline, vacancy, and ageing reports.
Drive HR policy and process standardization across branches and states.
Ensure data accuracy and HR governance through HRIS/payroll reconciliation.
Key Requirements:
Graduate with MBA / PG Diploma in HR.
2–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations (ER), HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or Retention.
Experience in NBFC, BFSI, Microfinance, or field-based organizations is preferred.
Strong interest and capability in HR MIS, reporting, analytics, and HR CoE activities.
