The company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join its team on an on-site, 5-day working model in Gurugram. This position focuses on driving full lifecycle hiring initiatives specifically for HR Shared Services and Finance Shared Services divisions. The associate will act as a strategic talent advisor, collaborating directly with functional heads and business leaders to define staffing needs, establish hiring timelines, and fulfill multi-functional requisitions.
Key operational duties encompass managing the talent acquisition lifecycle from active market sourcing to candidate onboarding. In the HR Shared Services vertical, the professional will manage recruitment across HR operations, payroll processing, HRIS platforms, employee helpdesk, and employee lifecycle management. In the Finance Shared Services domain, the role leads hiring across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Financial Planning and Analysis, and finance operations. Responsibilities include building multi-channel sourcing pipelines through job boards, Boolean search methods, professional social media platforms, employee referral networks, and recruitment agencies. Furthermore, the role involves conducting in-depth candidate assessments, organizing structured interview panels, managing offer rollout negotiations, monitoring recruitment SLAs, tracking quality of hire metrics, generating performance reports, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
