Job Description
Orange Umbrella ā Executive Search is hiring an HR Manager for a Mumbai-based opportunity. The role involves managing the complete HR function, including HR strategy, end-to-end recruitment, Chef hiring, employee relations, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
ā¢ Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process across various functions.
ā¢ Handle end-to-end Chef hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
ā¢ Build strong management and employee relations and act as a bridge between both.
ā¢ Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
ā¢ Coordinate and oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
ā¢ Support employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
ā¢ Oversee performance appraisal and performance management systems.
ā¢ Ensure HR legal and statutory compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
ā¢ Manage employee benefits, wellness programs, and HR initiatives.
ā¢ Develop and implement HR policies and processes to support organizational growth.
ā¢ Address employee queries and grievances while maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements:
ā¢ 4ā6 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager, HRBP, or HR Operations roles.
ā¢ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
ā¢ Strong expertise in recruitment and selection.
ā¢ Hands-on experience in Chef hiring.
ā¢ Knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
ā¢ Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Good understanding of HR Operations and statutory compliance.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or related industries will be an added advantage.
