Job Description
Sourcing Good Talent is looking for an HR Manager to own the entire HR function and build people operations from the ground up. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, culture, and process development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the entire HR function and build people operations from the ground up.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including writing job descriptions, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offer rollouts, candidate closing, and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
• Handle employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Create, implement, and consistently enforce HR policies covering leave, attendance, performance, conduct, and other people processes.
• Shape and strengthen company culture by reinforcing desired behaviours and addressing issues proactively.
• Continuously improve HR processes as the company scales.
Candidate Requirements:
• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech startup.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR Operations.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations with empathy and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Based in Mumbai and available to work from the office.
Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience hiring across both technical and business/sales roles.
• Has built HR processes from scratch, including employee handbooks, appraisal cycles, leave policies, and onboarding frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with an HRMS and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Enjoys building structure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
