leadIC Design Pvt Ltd is an engineering design and consulting enterprise specializing in semiconductor, VLSI design, and embedded hardware solutions. Operating within the semiconductor design, electronic hardware, and engineering services industry, the organization employs a specialized team of around 50 to 200 engineering and recruitment professionals. The VLSI Recruiter will drive end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor and microelectronics engineering positions, translating complex technical job specifications into focused talent sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and pipelining talent across specialized domains such as Analog and Mixed-Signal Design, Digital RTL Design, Design Verification, Physical Design, Static Timing Analysis, DFT, Analog Layout, Memory Design, Emulation, SoC Integration, and Semiconductor Characterization. The recruiter will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, specialized databases, and employee referral networks to connect with passive talent, execute initial screenings based on technical project exposure, and manage the candidate lifecycle through interview scheduling, feedback collection, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Additionally, the role is responsible for talent market mapping across target semiconductor organizations, deploying advanced Boolean search techniques, updating recruitment trackers in ATS and MS Excel, and achieving monthly hiring quotas and turnaround times in an on-site work setup. Candidates must possess 3 to 6 years of technical recruitment experience with focused background in semiconductor, VLSI, ASIC, or SoC hiring, strong candidate engagement skills, and proven competence in stakeholder management.
