ShopOS is an AI-native content engine engineered for modern commerce, empowering e-commerce platforms, direct-to-consumer brands, and global retailers to generate studio-grade visuals, videos, product descriptions, catalogs, and high-converting marketing collateral. The platform integrates brand-memory intelligence, customized generative scenes, and extensive creative templates to produce realistic, conversion-focused assets. ShopOS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage core functions across the complete employee lifecycle while establishing scalable People frameworks. Operating in a hands-on capacity, the generalist oversees new hire onboarding, induction, probation management, role transitions, performance confirmations, and exit formalities. Daily responsibilities include managing HRMS databases, reconciling attendance records, administering leave management, preparing monthly payroll inputs, and maintaining structured employee files. The role drives internal culture through engagement initiatives, celebrations, feedback collection, and employee sentiment surveys, serving as the first point of contact for daily staff inquiries. Additionally, the generalist supports tech and non-tech recruitment by sourcing prospects, screening candidate profiles, coordinating interview stages, and facilitating pre-boarding preparations. The position actively leverages generative AI and modern automation tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, and Keka to streamline HR documentation, operational workflows, standard operating procedures, and talent analytics.
