Description:
Glued Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR professional who can independently manage key areas of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRMS, Employee Relations, and Payroll Coordination in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across frontline, executive, and managerial positions.
Drive manpower planning and coordinate hiring requirements with HODs.
Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer rollouts.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Maintain HRMS/HRIS, attendance, leave, shifts, and employee records.
Manage probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Support disciplinary processes, warning letters, PIPs, and related documentation.
Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, PF, ESI, and other employee-related processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support HR policies, processes, and compliance-related activities.
HR Reporting:
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
Maintain HR data and reporting through MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Eligibility:
4ā7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and payroll processes.
Good working knowledge of PF, ESI, attendance, and leave management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR reporting.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, people-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
