Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with employees, managers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including joining, onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, promotions and exits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, personnel files and HRIS data.
Manage and monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime and employee movement in coordination with relevant departments.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, new joiners and full & final settlements.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, background verification, documentation and induction for new employees.
Handle employee queries and grievances related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, benefits and company processes.
Eligibility:
1ā3 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Good knowledge of HR documentation, attendance and payroll coordination.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with employees, managers and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
