Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, payroll support, policy implementation, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate interviews and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR records.
Support payroll, leave management, and other employee-related processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce-related data.
Work closely with management and department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
Eligibility:
5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
Post Graduate qualification in HR / Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
Good understanding of HR policies and labour law compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Efficient computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
