Job Description
Leading global organization in the industrial automation sector is hiring a Head Human Resource for Pune location. The role will work closely with leadership to drive the overall HR agenda including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, statutory compliance, audits, workforce planning, organizational design, grievance handling, HR communication, and talent management initiatives across the organization. Experience handling HR functions for mid-sized organizations with employee strength of around 300–700 employees is required. Responsibilities include leading HR strategy aligned with business objectives, overseeing payroll operations and compliance frameworks, driving capability building and leadership development programs, handling annual increment cycles and benchmarking, managing employee engagement initiatives, executing talent acquisition strategies for lateral, bulk, and leadership hiring, and mentoring HR & recruitment teams for high-quality HR service delivery. Candidate must possess strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills with deep understanding of Indian labour laws and manufacturing HR environment. MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is mandatory and LLB will be an added advantage.
