Hiver is a modern AI-driven customer service platform used by companies across healthcare, finance, logistics, education, and technology sectors. The company helps teams deliver fast and human support across email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels without the complexity of traditional helpdesk systems. Hiver is hiring a People & Culture Associate in Bengaluru for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The role focuses on creating an engaging workplace culture, supporting employer branding initiatives, and assisting People Operations activities in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment. Responsibilities include planning virtual and in-office employee engagement activities, creating recognition and wellness initiatives, collaborating with Admin and IT teams to improve office experience, supporting employer branding campaigns, creating Canva designs for social media and internal communications, storytelling for employer branding, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR systems, and coordinating employee communication and follow-ups. Candidates should have recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related fields and should be comfortable with Canva, design basics, Google Workspace, and MS Office. Strong communication skills, creativity, organization abilities, social media awareness, and enthusiasm for startup culture are essential for this role. The role offers hands-on experience in engagement initiatives, employer branding, HR operations, mentorship, and exposure to People Operations in a fast-growing organization.
