Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: Minimum 1 year of IT recruitment experience
Location: Old Airport Road, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days Work From Office and 2 days Work From Home per week. 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT positions. The role involves understanding IT skills, job descriptions, and client requirements, while working with recruitment software, ATS, and job portals. The candidate will maintain talent pipelines, coordinate the recruitment process, and communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions.
Understand IT skills, job descriptions, and client requirements.
Use recruitment software, ATS, and job portals for candidate sourcing and tracking.
Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate the recruitment process.
Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
Work effectively in an RPO model at the client location.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of IT skills and technical requirements.
Comfortable working in an RPO model at the client location.
