Muthoot Finance is hiring for the role of HR Operations & Compliance Executive based in Bengaluru. Experience required is 1–3 years. The role focuses on managing end-to-end HR operations including full and final (F&F) settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing with compliance, and coordinating with payroll, finance, and HR teams for smooth closure. Responsibilities include preparing and processing PF challans within timelines, ensuring statutory compliance adherence, maintaining proper compliance documentation, coordinating with Zonal and Regional HR teams for legal matters, tracking and managing legal notices until closure, and maintaining legal case records with timely follow-ups. The role also involves preparing monthly MIS reports for management review, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission, and supporting HR operational insights. Additional responsibilities include managing audit deviations, ensuring audit closure within defined TAT, and coordinating with internal teams for 100% audit compliance. The candidate must ensure accuracy in documentation, strong coordination across teams, and adherence to strict timelines. Required skills include strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, PF processing, audit management, legal coordination, MIS reporting, MS Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred experience includes exposure to HR operations, payroll support, compliance handling, audit processes, and legal coordination.
