Chem-Tech Laboratories Private Limited is hiring for the role of Human Resources & Administrative Manager based in Katraj, Pune. The company is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional with 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role handling HR and Administration functions. Industry preference is Laboratory, Scientific, or Analytical Services. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, handling employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, overseeing compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance, conducting training and employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HR records and HRMS systems, and providing strategic HR support to management. Administrative responsibilities include overseeing office administration and facility management, managing vendors, contracts, and office operations, ensuring workplace safety and smooth administrative functioning, supervising administrative staff, and organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities with proficiency in HR software and MS Office. Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances is mandatory.
