Job Description
Associate – HR Operations role at Baker Tilly US (BTVK Advisory), a global advisory and professional services firm operating across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia, with presence in 141 territories. The role is based in Bengaluru (Cherry Hills, Bengaluru East) and focuses on end-to-end employee lifecycle management in a large-scale professional services environment. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for new hires and exiting employees, managing onboarding and offboarding processes including trackers, survey reviews, new hire communication channels, buddy program coordination and onboarding agendas, conducting new employee orientation sessions, maintaining onboarding and offboarding documentation and LMS content, supporting employee lifecycle compliance tasks such as reminders, exit processes and location-based notifications, handling exit interviews for voluntary offboarding, responding to employee queries routed through HR service centers, supporting engagement survey analysis and escalation, and assisting with HR analytics including turnover, headcount and exit data analysis. Additional responsibilities include supporting special HR projects related to onboarding, internal transfers, engagement surveys, recognition programs and global mobility, ensuring HR best practices, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity, and collaborating with global HR teams in a fast-paced matrix environment. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in large organizations. Strong communication, MS Office skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management and ability to handle confidential information are required.
