Job Description
Creativepeople is looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the energy of agency life and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
This is a people-focused HR leadership role where recruitment, talent quality, culture, and people development will be at the heart of the position. The HR Manager will lead the overall HR function while working closely with leadership and department heads.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Lead hiring across departments and experience levels.
• Build strong and high-quality talent pipelines.
• Partner with leadership and department heads on hiring strategies.
• Personally drive senior, critical, and key hires.
• Guide the junior HR team member.
• Strengthen interview processes and candidate experience.
People & Culture
• Shape and strengthen the organisation's culture.
• Act as a trusted bridge between employees and leadership.
• Drive employee engagement, team-building, and retention initiatives.
• Conduct feedback sessions and pulse checks.
• Proactively address workplace concerns.
Strategic HR Leadership
• Lead the overall HR function with a focus on quality and accountability.
• Develop workforce strategies aligned with business growth.
• Build and improve HR processes, systems, and policies.
• Manage HR documentation and employee communications.
Performance & People Development
• Drive structured performance reviews and feedback.
• Identify high performers and capability gaps.
• Support managers with performance management and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Coordinate learning, workshops, and training initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
• Create a seamless onboarding experience.
• Oversee documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Manage employee insurance and HR vendors.
• Ensure smooth and professional offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Candidate Requirements:
• 4–6 years of HR experience.
• Prior experience in an advertising, marketing, creative, or communications agency.
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to identify great talent beyond CV matching.
• Strong people management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High ownership, maturity, and discretion.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership.
• Strong understanding of agency culture and fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, HRMS, and workplace tools.
