Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR operations including joining, onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, promotions and exits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, personnel files and HRIS data.
Manage and monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime and employee movement in coordination with relevant departments.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, new joiners and full & final settlements.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, background verification, documentation and induction for new employees.
Handle employee queries and grievances related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, benefits and company processes.
Coordinate with employees, managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Support employee engagement activities and other day-to-day HR requirements.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Good understanding of HR documentation, HRIS, attendance and leave management.
Exposure to payroll coordination and compliance-related activities.
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to HR operations.
Ability to work closely with employees, managers and cross-functional teams.
