Job Description
Myjobhut is hiring an HR & Admin Executive for its on-site role in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The position involves handling HR operations, employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, employee queries, office administration, MIS reporting, and day-to-day administrative activities.
Good English communication and hands-on experience in KEKA HRMS are mandatory for this role. Candidates with strong practical experience in KEKA HRMS will be given high preference.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Support recruitment coordination, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
Assist with payroll inputs, HR reports, and MIS.
Handle employee queries and HR policies.
Support employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office administration, vendors, and service providers.
Handle office supplies, bills, and related coordination.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and daily office operations.
Coordinate with management for administrative requirements.
Reporting & Excel Work:
Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Maintain trackers and dashboards.
Perform data analysis and ensure accurate record keeping and documentation.
Mandatory KEKA HRMS Skills:
KEKA Payroll Processing and Salary Structure Management.
Attendance and Leave Management on KEKA.
Employee Database and Document Management.
MIS Reports and HR Analytics through KEKA.
Policy Management and Employee Lifecycle Management.
PF / ESIC Data Handling through KEKA.
IT Declaration and Investment Tracking in KEKA.
NPS and Compliance Data Management.
Key Requirements:
Good English communication skills – Mandatory.
Hands-on experience in KEKA HRMS – Mandatory.
Practical knowledge of KEKA payroll processing and salary structure management.
Experience with KEKA attendance, leave, employee database, and document management.
Knowledge of HR MIS, analytics, and Advanced Excel.
Understanding of PF/ESIC, IT declarations, NPS, and compliance data management.
Strong record-keeping, coordination, and administrative skills.
Candidates with strong KEKA hands-on experience will be given high preference.
