Job Description
Infomericainc is looking for an experienced HR Executive with 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Engagement. The role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, coordinating onboarding, driving engagement initiatives, handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and supporting a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, verification, joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
Coordinate with new hires and internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, initiatives, and employee-connect programs.
Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR trackers.
Coordinate with payroll, recruitment, administration, and other internal teams as required.
Support employee engagement surveys and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction.
Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and company initiatives.
Monitor employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS related to onboarding, engagement, and employee activities.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and processes.
Support employee retention and improve the overall employee experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Executive roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Employee Onboarding.
Experience in Employee Engagement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Good knowledge of HR documentation and HRMS.
Ability to handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
Preferred:
Experience in the IT/Technology industry.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
Experience in employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance.
