Job Description
Position: HR Manager
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Shahpur Jat, New Delhi
Salary: ₹9–11 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition across departments and experience levels.
Build high-quality talent pipelines and personally manage senior, critical, and key hires.
Partner with leadership and department heads on hiring strategies.
Guide junior HR team members and improve interview processes and candidate experience.
Strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement, retention, and team-building initiatives.
Act as a bridge between employees and leadership and address workplace concerns.
Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, policies, processes, and systems.
Drive performance reviews, feedback, PIPs, learning, workshops, and training initiatives.
Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, insurance, vendors, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Eligibility:
4–6 years of HR experience.
Prior experience in an advertising, marketing, creative, or communications agency.
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
Strong people management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to identify quality talent beyond CV matching.
High ownership, maturity, discretion, and a hands-on approach.
Comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of agency culture.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, HRMS, and workplace tools.
