Description:
Workoopolis is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Cum Administrative Manager to take ownership of HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative functions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, administration, reporting, and workplace coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple positions and functions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain active candidate pipelines.
Handle candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer processes.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
HR Operations:
Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly salary processing and employee requirements.
Support employee lifecycle activities including transfers, confirmations, appraisals, and exits.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes.
Address employee queries and coordinate grievance resolution.
Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office administration and workplace operations.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
Monitor office requirements, supplies, facilities, and administrative activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between employees, management, and different departments.
Maintain administrative records and documentation.
Reporting & Management Support:
Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for management.
Track recruitment, attendance, employee, and administrative data.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Ensure HR and administrative activities are completed efficiently and on time.
Eligibility:
4–7 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Good understanding of the complete employee lifecycle.
Experience in payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and workplace practices.
Good administrative and office-management capabilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to independently manage multiple HR and administrative responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
