Description:
Prudence Corporate Services is hiring a Senior HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll, salary inputs, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic employee relations.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
Support labour law, PF, ESIC, PT, and other compliance activities.
Prepare HR reports and MIS and maintain employee databases.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the HR domain.
Experience in Restaurant, QSR, or Hotel industries is required.
Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
