Job Description:
Super Management Consultants is looking for an experienced Automobile Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4ā8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the automotive, automobile manufacturing, auto-components, EV, or mobility industry.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closure of technical, engineering, manufacturing, corporate, and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and industry networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Recruit across automotive functions including Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering.
Handle recruitment for R&D, Design & Product Development, Production & Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance roles.
Recruit for Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement, Sales & Marketing, and After-sales / Service functions.
Handle hiring for EV, Battery, and Powertrain positions.
Recruit for corporate, support, managerial, and leadership positions.
Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and recruitment targets.
Develop talent pools for niche and hard-to-fill automotive positions.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
Support employer branding and campus / industry hiring initiatives where required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in ATS / HRMS.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate profiles.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to work against recruitment targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ATS / HRMS, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
