Job Description
We are hiring an HR Operations professional to manage India HR Operations, employee lifecycle activities, HR queries, employee data, ServiceNow tickets, HR reporting, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for India HR Operations matters.
Manage employee data and transactions in Workday.
Manage and monitor ServiceNow tickets within defined timelines.
Support HRBPs, managers, and employees with HR-related queries.
Handle hiring, termination, personal data changes, reporting, and employee movements.
Prepare monthly reports on probation, contract expiry, work anniversaries, employee movements, and headcount.
Support employee insurance, local benefits, health services, and claims.
Generate and reconcile HR reports with payroll data.
Support HR projects, system testing, documentation, process improvement, and training.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Provide backup support to team members when required.
Requirements:
2+ to 7 years of experience in HR Operations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Ticketing and HRMS.
Workday experience is an added advantage.
Strong data management skills and attention to detail.
Experience handling HR queries through ticketing systems and telephone.
Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and India localization.
Experience in HR projects, system testing, documentation, process improvement, and training.
Japanese language proficiency preferred, as the role will support Japan.
