Job Description:
The HR Generalist will manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and people management for the Noida office while supporting core HR processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Noida office.
Lead HR operations, employee engagement, and people management initiatives.
Act as the primary HR SPOC for the Noida office.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Administration, and Operations teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple locations.
Draft and maintain HR documentation, SOPs, policies, and process guidelines.
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and compliance.
Support onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and other core HR activities.
Requirements:
4ā6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Experience in creating HR documentation, SOPs, and policies preferred.
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
