Galactix Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced TA Lead for its US IT Staffing and Consulting operations. The company operates in IT Services and IT Consulting with a team size of 51-200 employees. The role is based in Hyderabad at HITEC City near Raidurg Metro and requires Work From Office in the US Shift / Night Shift. We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals who specialize in building and developing IT Consultant Benches. This is not a traditional requirement-based IT recruiting role. The professional will proactively identify, attract, qualify, engage, and onboard IT professionals before specific client requirements are available, while the Sales team will subsequently market these consultants to vendors and end clients. Key responsibilities include proactively sourcing experienced IT professionals to build a strong consultant and bench pipeline, identifying talent across Java, .NET, Data, Cloud/DevOps, Salesforce, QA, SAP, Cybersecurity, AI/ML and other technologies, screening candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, location and work authorization, and recruiting consultants with USC, GC/EAD, H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD and other relevant work authorizations. The role also involves conducting preliminary technical and behavioral screening, negotiating engagement terms, building long-term relationships, keeping consultants engaged and market-ready, coordinating onboarding, maintaining accurate consultant profiles and resumes in ATS/CRM systems, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams for consultant marketing and submissions, and continuously expanding the bench based on market demand, technology trends and business strategy. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience, with strong experience in US IT Staffing, Consulting, Bench Recruitment or Consultant Acquisition. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the US IT consultant market and proven experience in proactive sourcing, candidate engagement and bench building. Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up and relationship management skills are required along with a proactive, target-driven, persistent and self-motivated approach. Experience with Ceipal, JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice or similar platforms is a plus. Candidates with experience in building an IT Consultant Bench rather than only filling client requirements are encouraged to apply.
