Namdhari Seeds is a leading breeder, producer and distributor of high-quality hybrid seeds, with operations across multiple countries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, professional networks and other relevant channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, technical skills, competencies and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and interview panels.
Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Track candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with HODs, hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future manpower requirements.
Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, interview status, offers and joining commitments.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate trackers, recruitment dashboards and periodic reports.
Coordinate with agricultural universities, colleges, institutes and professional networks for campus and entry-level hiring.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and approved manpower plans.
Eligibility:
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing abilities.
Good stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet recruitment timelines.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/HRMS platforms.
Ability to work independently.
Candidates with prior Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in the seed industry or related agriculture/agri-input industry are preferred.
