Job Description
Position: HR Manager
Experience: 4-9 Years
Location: Janakpuri East, Delhi & Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, HR policy implementation, performance management, training and development, and HR operations across multiple branches. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters, coordinate with branch managers, maintain HR records and documentation, and ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. Support employee growth, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, engagement, policy implementation, conflict resolution, performance management, compliance, and stakeholder management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Eligibility:
Candidates with 4-9 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role, are preferred. Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations and knowledge of labour laws will be an advantage.
